To better serve our community in times of need, our entire Community Hospice Bereavement Department attended a three day Critical Incidence Stress Management training seminar. Our team learned how to respond to a vast array of different crisis seniors including natural disasters and terrorist attacks. When stress management techniques are employed immediately to theses chaotic situation, long term mental and physical health problems may be prevented. Our departments newly acquired skillset will enable our team to better support the Central Valley in times of crisis.
