Hospice care is unique in that clinical professionals work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide care which focuses on the patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.  The design of the interdisciplinary team allows each member to bring a unique focus to the patient’s care plan, resulting in a stimulating work environment centered on teamwork…and most importantly quality care for our patients and families.
