our certified home health aide.
$50- 1 hour of family grief counseling by our licensed social
worker.
$100- 2 hours of registered nurse tuck-in support for a
newly admitted patient and their family.
$500- 12 hours of patient care at the Alexander Cohen Hospice
House.
The Community Hospice Foundation is a charitable
organization established in 2001 to raise funds and awareness for
Community Hospice.
We have made a commitment to help anyone who needs hospice
services and because of that commitment we rely on the generosity
of our community to realize our mission.
The Community Hospice Foundation also cooperates with the Friends
of Hospice, an auxiliary of volunteers who assist in raising
funds through events.
