As the largest nonprofit, community-based hospice and support services agency, Community Hospice & Health Services (CHHS) has cared for thousands of your friends and neighbors in the Central Valley since 1979. Founded in a church attic by two volunteer registered nurses, we have evolved to embrace individuals and families as they face life-changing journeys, enhancing quality of life for all.

Although our name recently changed, our new identity maintains the commitment and expectations of our original brand and mission, while also moving us forward to align our programs.
